Some cars are fast. Others are special. Then there’s this—Kelly Bise’s 2005 Ford GT, a true icon of American performance. With only 4,100 miles, this black GT with silver stripes is one of the last 200 cars built in 2005, making it a rare piece of automotive history. It comes fully loaded with all four factory options, including lightweight BBS wheels, red-painted brake calipers, hand-painted race stripes, and a McIntosh stereo—details that set it apart even among GT enthusiasts.
But as with all of Kelly’s cars, stock is never enough. Under the clamshell sits a Whipple 4.0L supercharger paired with an Accufab throttle body and twin 55 lb injectors, tuned to an impressive 840 RWHP. The Borla race headers and cat-delete setup ensure it sounds as mean as it drives, all while retaining the stock mufflers for a touch of refinement.
With no traction control, this is a driver’s car in the purest sense—raw, powerful, and demanding respect every time you hit the throttle. And as the photographer and web designer behind this page, I have to admit—this GT holds a special place in my heart for undisclosed reasons.
